H.S.A Heritage inspects all orders prior to shipment using the AQL inspection protocol. This is Random Sampling method whereby a sample size is selected based on the size of the order. The inspection covers technical and aesthetics aspects of the products-with the primary objectives of ensuring that the product is shipped in accordance to the customers requirements. In addition, packaging is also inspected for compliance with regulatory stipulations-both statutory and environmental.

Malaysia handles and coordinates our operation and QC inspections through out Asia Pacific, with the assistance from our Vietnam office. The Malaysian office is set up to control and handle shipping, Quality, Artwork, lifestyle shots and staff capable of handling many situations. We can help design and develop the furniture ensuring that all steps meet with our clients compliance standards. We also generate the assembly instructions in house to ensure that steps within these are clear and easy to read.

Heritage also has qualified graphic designers that handle Artwork and lifestyle shots to provide the best possible quality. Heritage Malaysia and Vietnam supports the factories and provides a valuable service to our clients to ensure their requirements are met.
